In a small pan, combine the espresso, malt powder and caramel.
Gently heat and stir until incorporated and smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the condensed milk and fresh cream, followed by the vodka, Mr Blacks Liquor, Cocci vermouth and mix until smooth.
Pour into a small bottle and refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
